I’m sure many of you, for the sake of work, 

have to be in contact with numerous people day in and day out, 

and I am of no exception; 

resultantly, we tend to skip out on sparing some breathers for ourselves. 

As for me though, I would set aside a daily period of solitude, 

with just the time to enjoy a cup of joe 

and take in some fresh air, 

to mentally straight out the things that are requiring some thoughts and more.
