I’m convinced that it is essentially impossible to try to change others, 

since the demeanour each of us exerts at the present moment 

is forged by assorted past experiences and circumstances, 

it would be absurd to expect others to simple skip such phase 

and turn into a totally different person. 

On the contrary, I believe that people would only transform according to their very own willing tempo. 

If one were being pressured into doing so, resistance would build up, 

and the plan would backfire. 

For this exactly reason, it is pointless in wanting to shape or shift others in an immediate fashion, 

once the right timing hits,
