The weather this morning was very good. White clouds in a blue sky and the sun was shining. However, there was also some thunder. At first I thought I was mistaken, but there was more and more of it. I remember this kind of situation is called "Thunder on a Dry Day". The sky turned darker as noon time approached. Actually when it rained we realzed the weather had taken a turn for the worse. Since thunder without rain lets us let down our guard for safety, it is actually more dangerous. I wonder if this phenomenon is directly related to super typhoon Neoguri that's approaching Okinawa in Japan?
