I understand that nowadays people are very busy.   Whether it is work or school,  there are different reasons for people of different ages to be busy.   I am no exception.

However,  even if we're really pressed for time,  we still have to take good care of ourselves.   Whether it's on a physical or mental level,  resting is very important.   If you are not sure of what you like and cannot find a hobby or something that interests you,  that probably means you haven't started to develop your character.   Most often it's because we haven't put it on our agenda because we're too busy.   Actually,  taking time to have fun can help us do other things better.   Keeping a balance is very important.
