I had a feeling that this storm was pretty unusual,  but it wasn't until I woke up the next morning that I found out typhoon signal 10 had been hoisted late the previous night.   Later,  not long after I went to my office,  it had been changed to typhoon signal three.   For everyone going to work or school,  it must have been difficult for you.   The rain was still very heavy and it seemed like it never stopped.   The only good thing was that the temperature was a little lower,  so it wasn't so hot.
