No matter how busy I am,  I will give myself a small break everyday to have some alone time,  so that I can quietly listen to my heart.   Usually that time is shortly before I go to bed.   The large amount of external feedback I take in,  needs to be flitered and internalized,  to allow it to settle and be communicated to my heart,  allowing me to learn more about myself.   That way I can become better equipped to handle anything I may have to deal with.
