Everyday there are unique research studies being announced.   A survey released by East London University and Westminster University,  reveals that students that take water with them when taking an exam,  are more likely to get a higher score.   According to an investigation that included 447 student,  those who don't bring water with them to exams,  score an average of 5% lower.   The reason this happens is not clear.   Perhaps having water to drink when needed,  gives the body comfort,  which helps you have a clearer mind.   So,  if I bring water with me to movie location sites where we are filming,  will it help me perform even better?
