Last night we talked about the list of the world's richest countries. Today I would like to talk with you about UNICEF's "The State of the World's Children 2012". The report points out that there are over 1 billion children living in densely populated urban cities all over the world and that most of them don't have access to clean water, electricity or education. Furthermore, there are more and more children growing up in urban cities, which accounts for 60% of the population growth in those areas. In addition, infrastructure development by the government cannot catch up with the growth in population, which results in large numbers of people living in slums and enduring exploitation.
If possible, please make some monetary donations to help them, so that they can gradually get away from that dark world. I hope that in the future, reports concerning the state of the world's children will bring more optimistic news.
