Sometimes we keep stressing a point and holding on,  when what we really need to do is try and think rationally.   Then,  when we calm down,  we find that letting go can be an act of bravery.   In the movie  "Romancing In Thin Air II",  the complex love issues of people living in the city,  were healed through the pure,  carefree,  light atmosphere in Xian Ge Le La.

We always find reasons not to believe the things we don't want to face,  but we have to learn to let go.   We must learn to decide what we should not hold on to.   Just like the thin air at high altitudes,  if we can take it,  we can keep on going.   If not,  we remain stationary.   We must put aside what is troubling us.   This can apply to romantic relationships.   The same goes for living and how you present yourself to the world.
